Two experienced financial services executives Don Luke and Adam Lewis will be FIIG’s first independent non-executive directors, significantly strengthening the corporate governance structure of our company
Don Luke is currently Non-Executive Chairman of one of Australia's largest wholesale funds managers QIC, as well as of Anglicare North Queensland and MH Carnegie & Co. Previously Don was CEO of Sunsuper, Director of AMP Capital Holdings Limited and Executive Director of the Community Services Commission for the Anglican Church in South Queensland.
Adam Lewis is an alumnus of McKinsey & Company, where he spent 20 years as an advisor to major firms and governments in Australia & New Zealand, Asia, Europe and North America. At McKinsey, Adam was a Director and Managing Partner for Australia & New Zealand, a member of McKinsey’s Asia Council and Global Director Election Committees. Adam is currently Chairman of Aconex Limited; Chairman of Southern Innovation and Chairman of Swatchmate Pty Ltd. Adam is also on the advisory Board of the Smith Family and Public Policy Committee of the Grattan Institute.
Don and Adam were formerly members of FIIG’s Advisory Council, which will be discontinued as they will instead provide their advice directly to the Board in their capacity as Directors. The third member of the FIIG Advisory Council, Robert Barry, will continue to provide his valued counsel to FIIG as a strategic advisor to the executive, in particular to CEO Mark Paton.
